What is Grounded Theory?
Grounded Theory is a mobile wellness business that brings the benefits of bodywork to your home. My practice is rooted in the power of facilitated self-inquiry – where you are encouraged to rest, heal, and achieve a deep and long-lasting connection with your whole Self.

I offer both relaxation and therapeutic massage; including deep tissue, sports, myofascial release, neuromuscular technique, assisted stretching for increased mobility, and trigger point.
​My practice is trauma-informed and embracing of all bodies, orientations, and genders.

I started this mobile massage business because I believe it offers the highest value proposition for my clients. They save precious time when I bring the massage services to them. Additionally, I've found that people are naturally more at-ease in their own space, which in turn makes our work together more productive.
